VR Announces the Sale of a Specialty Building and Home Remodeling Company

VR San Francisco announces the completion of the Sale of a Home Building Services company, Touchstone Marble and Granite. VR SF continues to see bright spots in this sector in what otherwise is an area, which has been negatively impacted by the recession in general and home construction specifically.

According to George Arabian, President of VR San Francisco, companies that are well positioned in the home remolding and repair sectors remain stable, and in some cases are experiencing growth in the current economy. To just rule out home building and fixture supply, or installation companies in general, is not a wise buying decision. VR SF is seeing several of our existing seller�s businesses and several other prospective client�s businesses showing stability or growth in a down market by catering to home and commercial repairs and remodeling.

"In counties such as San Francisco, Marin and San Mateo, based on the businesses in this sector that we are seeing, many are showing a resiliency that you would not expect when reading the newspapers both in terms of profits and revenues," said George Arabian, President of VR San Francisco.
